The world is changing and the pace of change in our time is more than any other time in human history. Organizations and societies not only for excellence but also for survival must change according to changes in the world. Organizations and communities that do not have the power to change, compared to other similar collections will be weakened or destroyed. University College of Medical Sciences as an organization are no exception and to gain strength and progres they have to make changes to their own and manage them to achieve the desired results. In this book, stating the problems caused by lack of attention to change management in the Faculty of Medical Sciences University, the importance of change management deployment in educational organizations and then the goals and benefits of its appliances will be discussed.
